Qualification and Experience
Daphne has experience in conveyancing, civil litigation, debt collection, wills and estates, employment law and commercial matters. She was a Magistrate from 1986 - 1987. Daphne appears in the Magistrate’s Courts, High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Industrial Court of Botswana. Daphne has extensive experience in drafting court documents, conducting legal research and rendering legal advice. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana in 1986 and did her training for Trial Advocacy at the University of London.
